We’re now looking for a Technical Partner Support Engineer for APAC region!

Our global partner network is a combination of SharePoint experts, consultants and developers, and therefore our Partner Support gets interesting technical problems and issues that their support itself cannot solve. Our partner support is highly valued and receives great feedback – something that we take great pride in and work really hard to maintain.

About the role

This is a combination position of Partner Support Engineer and Technical Partner Manager which applies both technical and consulting competencies. You will be part of both the Partner Support team and Partner Management team.

Your work will include finding solutions to our partners’ technical problems, contacting partners through our ticket system and sometimes taking a more personal route via Skype or Teams. Documenting your findings for support cases you’ve done into our Knowledge Base articles is also part of your job. In addition, you will be contacting partners and helping on their sales efforts as a technical advisor from Valo and onboarding new partners to ensure their technical knowledge to deliver Valo products to their customers.

The preferred location is Australia. For this role, we are not currently able to sponsor visas or work permits.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of M365 and SharePoint
  • Excellent teamwork skills with an independent, proactive and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate technical issues to partners with a variety of technical backgrounds 
  • Quick to learn new required technologies and willing to share knowledge both with the team and the global Valo community 
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required, other languages are considered as an advantage
