Valo is looking for 1-3 trainees to join the Valo team through a recruitment program focused on Microsoft technologies! A trainee position at Valo offers a unique opportunity to become a part of an international and globally operating team, which is not only top-skilled but also super fun to work with.

The recruitment is part of the trainee program organized together with Saranen Consulting. We are looking for candidates who have the possibility to work either in our Helsinki or Jyväskylä office where trainees spend their workdays during the 6-month training.
We are looking for trainees through 2 different programs:
- Microsoft Azure Academy: Training is mostly in Finnish, materials are partly in English
- Software Academy: No Finnish skills required as training is in English and Valo’s main working language is English
The trainee program starts early December 2018. The actual starting dates we can decide with the chosen candidates. We don’t expect you to be an expert on Microsoft technologies yet, what matters the most is your attitude and willingness to learn more.

Trainee positions at Valo can be very versatile, depending on your interests and competencies. Possible roles are for example
- Software Developer to product development or partner support
- Product Specialist to product development or partner support
- Testing and Test Automation Specialist
- Web Designer

You wouldn’t be the first one at Blue Meteorite! I attended similar program six years ago without any technical background. Through the program, I was able to develop myself from consultant to product specialist for Valo digital workplace solutions. You don’t have to be technically in advanced level to apply. What matters the most is your own motivation to learn more and the support that the company, in my case Blue Meteorite, offers.
