Valo keeps spreading the brighter future of digital workplaces and now we have established Valo Solutions Pty Ltd in Melbourne, Australia. Melbourne office will be the Valo’s APAC HQ, and the fifth Valo office location on top of already existing Valo offices in Finland, Canada, and Poland.
To accelerate growth in the APAC market area, Blue Meteorite (the company behind Valo) has established a daughter company in Melbourne, Australia. Opening the Australian office is the step forward in expanding business also in other Asian countries.
Valo Solutions Pty Ltd will start the operations with three current Valo Team members. Jarmo Kuusinen, currently working from Finland as a Product Program Manager, will become the Business Lead being responsible for the APAC operations and supporting the partners. Knut Relbe-Moe will take on the APAC Partner Lead role, continuing his work taking care of Valo Partners, partner management and sales support.
Supporting Valo Partners 24/5
As we open the office in APAC, Valo can offer support globally 24/5 to our Valo Partners! Our Software Architect Jouni Pohjolainen will become the first partner support engineer on-site in Melbourne and help Valo Partners in technical questions around Valo deliveries and support.
This is not the first time we’re touching the ground down under as we have had several great Valo Partners in the region for a few years already. Last year we hosted the very first Valo Summit APAC, our exclusive event for Valo Partners, in May in Sydney. And did you know that one of the biggest Valo Customer, NSW Department of Education, is actually from Australia!
The operations in Melbourne will kick-off during the first quarter of 2020 and you’ll meet us in several local events in the region, including Microsoft Ignite the Tour Sydney and Singapore in February!
